GSB Properties a double winner at the Estate & Letting Agent Awards 2009
GSB Properties has achieved two bronze awards at the the prestigious Estate & Letting Agent Awards 2009 - as judged by a survey of clients.

GSB was recognised for excellent customer service in the Scottish agents' category at the award ceremony in London's Mayfair Marriott Hotel attended by 300 of the UK’s top Estate and Letting agents.

The results of the competition were determined by research carried out amongst customers who were asked a series of questions about the service they had received from agents.

Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies were awarded for each region and there were Grand Prix Awards for Best Estate Agent or Best Letting Agent in the UK.

Phil Spencer of Channel 4's Location Location Location programme, who presented the awards, said: “This is the 6th year of the Estate and Letting Awards and I’ve increasingly enjoyed being part of the celebrations on each occasion.

"It’s fantastic to see agents getting the credit they deserve after all the negative press they receive. Throughout the property industry there is a constant need to improve customer service and these awards go along way to help agents focus on keeping clients happy.

“After all, the most powerful marketing tool for Agents is word of mouth so customer satisfaction is key.”
